Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) has sponsored over 2.7 billion VND through the Future Journey Fund (the "Build Schools for Children" program), contributing to the improvement of educational facilities for children in mountainous border areas.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long – Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Le Hai Hoa – Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province; Major General Nguyen Quang Vinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Public Security Department. Also present were leaders and representatives of provincial and local departments, agencies, armed forces, and representatives of CC1 and several other sponsoring units.

Coc Pang is a mountainous, remote, and high-altitude border commune in Cao Bang province, holding a crucial position in terms of national defense, security, and people-to-people diplomacy. With a total natural area of 170.28 km², its terrain consists of high, steep hills interspersed with valleys and residential areas. Transportation, production, and the lives of the people remain challenging, and access to schooling for preschool children in remote areas faces significant obstacles.
Given the current situation of inadequate educational facilities that do not fully meet the requirements for caring for, nurturing, and educating children, the construction of a new school is of practical significance, addressing the urgent needs of the locality.

Construction began on June 19, 2026, and was completed on August 28, 2026, putting it into operation on schedule after more than two months of continuous construction under challenging terrain, weather, and transportation conditions in the mountainous region.
Accordingly, the Coc Pang Kindergarten School has been completed with 3 classrooms and 2 staff rooms for teachers, a kitchen and enclosed restrooms, along with a sturdy and safe concrete fence, gate, and playground. .
CC1 affirms its social mission alongside development.
At the inauguration ceremony, local leaders acknowledged and expressed their deep gratitude for the attention of the Ministry of Public Security and the sponsors, including the practical contribution of CC1 through the Future Journey Fund.

For this project, CC1 has provided over 2.7 billion VND in funding, focusing on the steel frame structure, corrugated iron roof, solid floor, and key technical infrastructure items, contributing to the completion of the project before the start of the 2026-2027 school year. Previously, CC1 also partnered with the Future Journey Fund to build the La U Co Kindergarten in Thu Lum commune, Lai Chau province.
