Ngày 16/9/2025, tại Hội trường tầng 12, trụ sở Tổng Công ty Xây dựng Số 1 – CTCP (CC1), đã diễn ra Lễ ký kết Biên bản Ghi nhớ Hợp tác Chiến lược giữa CC1 và Công ty CP Tư vấn Thiết kế Cảng – Kỹ thuật Biển (Portcoast). Sự kiện khẳng định vị thế tiên phong trong ứng dụng công nghệ của doanh nghiệp, đồng thời bắt kịp tinh thần đổi mới theo Nghị quyết số 57-NQ/TW của Bộ Chính trị về đột phá phát triển khoa học, công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo và chuyển đổi số quốc gia.

On the side of Portcoast, the event was honored to host Mr. Pham Anh Tuan – Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, and Mr. Tran Phuc Minh Quang – Deputy General Director and Director of the AI Center.

According to the signed MOU, CC1 and Portcoast will jointly research, develop, and apply advanced technology solutions, focusing on digital construction fields: Scan-to-BIM, BIM – GIS – AIM – Digital Twin, and Smart City.
Through this collaboration, both parties aim to enhance project management and implementation efficiency, optimize resources, and strengthen competitiveness in infrastructure, civil, industrial, energy, as well as specialized projects with high technical demands. This is the convergence of CC1’s nearly 50 years of proven expertise in delivering national key projects and Portcoast’s pioneering capabilities in digitalization.
Importantly, CC1 and Portcoast commit to accompanying each other in exploring new opportunities, sharing information, and developing flexible coordination mechanisms. This partnership will expand CC1’s competitive capacity in large-scale infrastructure projects, aligned with its sustainable development orientation and digital transformation strategy.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, General Director of Portcoast, emphasized: "This signing ceremony marks a strong and long-term partnership between Portcoast and CC1. Breaking the stereotype that “construction is a slow-moving industry in digital transformation,” CC1 – as one of Vietnam’s leading general contractors – has long invested in advanced technological solutions, alongside modern machinery and equipment. Notably, the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in major projects has optimized schedule management, ensured strict cost control, and guaranteed the highest construction quality.

Doanh nghiệp cũng ứng dụng tự động hóa AI qua nền tảng hệ sinh thái của Microsoft trong xử lý dữ liệu, hỗ trợ các phòng ban ra quyết định nhanh chóng và chính xác hơn. Đồng thời, việc quản trị dự án bằng hệ thống ERP ODOO giúp CC1 chủ động dự báo rủi ro, phân bổ nguồn lực hợp lý và nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị tổng thể.
From pioneering the application of technologies such as BIM, ERP ODOO, and AI in its projects to the recent strategic partnership with Portcoast, all these efforts reflect CC1’s strong determination to accelerate digital transformation, strengthen technical and managerial capacity, and boost project implementation efficiency. With these foundations, CC1 is fully prepared with the resources and technologies to take on complex national key projects – from high-speed railways to energy facilities (thermal and nuclear power plants), wastewater treatment plants, and waste-to-energy projects – contributing to building a sustainable future for the nation.
