On June 25, 2025, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC received Judgment No. 431/2025/DS-PT dated April 25, 2025, from the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City regarding a dispute over a contract for the transfer of rights and obligations arising from an office lease contract and compensation for damages between the Plaintiff: Phuc Thinh Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Defendant: Mr. Nguyen Quang Nghia, and the party with related rights and obligations: Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (Building Owner).
