The Trade Union of Construction Corporation No. 1 visited and gave gifts to the children at the Thien Thien Children Sponsoring facility, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

On the afternoon of January 15, 2020, the Trade Union of Construction Corporation No. 1 led by comrade Truong Thi Thuy, Vice President and a number of officials and union members organized a visit to give gifts to children in Thien Than Children's Sponsorship Facility, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.
Thien Than Children's Protection Center is located at 203 Street 1, Ong Nhieu Quarter, Long Truong Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. People around the area often call this place "Angel's Home" for short - a place to nurture 100 orphans of many ages. This place still lacks many of the required conditions of a facility to care for orphans from 0 to 7 years old. The children only have 12 nannies and the "boss" and his wife - Bui Cong Hiep, divided into 2 shifts to take care of each other. ; lack of medical staff; Lack of child care facilities.
Witnessing these unfortunate lives, we couldn't help but feel sad and moved when we saw how carefree and innocent the children were, some 1-2 month old babies were lost in the middle of a lost life. Children really need the arms, the loving warmth of adults, and most of all, the warmth of their parents. That's why when we came to visit, the children rushed forward, held hands, hugged tightly and cooed, demanding to be held and not let go.
During this visit, the Corporation's Trade Union visited, gave milk, cakes, clothes, children's books to the children and gave 50 million VND in cash. The donated money was donated from the program "Selling Banh Chung, Raising Funds for Charity" launched by the Corporation's Trade Union and was responded to by affiliated trade unions, groups and individuals.
Touched by the unit's noble gesture, Mr. Bui Cong Hiep sent his deep thanks to the Corporation's Trade Union and all union members and workers; At the same time, we hope that in the coming time, the facility will continue to receive attention and share many meaningful activities like this.
