In the days adjacent to the Tan Suu Lunar New Year, together with the promotion of production and business activities, completed and exceeded the 2020 plan. On February 1, 3, 2021, the Trade Union of Construction Corporation No. (CC1) ) coordinated with grassroots Trade Unions to directly visit and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and wish the retired cadres Tet.

The Corporation's Trade Union together with the Vietnam Construction Trade Union have coordinated with leaders and unions of units to organize 258 gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances at 14 grassroots trade unions, each gift worth 500,000 VND. At Dong Nai Bridge Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, workers lost their jobs due to the impact of the toll collection suspension – Dong Nai Bridge BOT toll station, the Corporation's Trade Union came to congratulate Tet and awarded 90 seats. gifts and encouragement for employees still working at the Company. At No.1 Mekong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, the Corporation's Union gave 66 gifts to workers at 2 Dong Nai concrete factories and Bien Hoa concrete factory. The grassroots trade union gave 77 more gifts to employees, with the amount of 500,000 VND/unit.

Comrade Hoang Thi Huong - Chairman of Mekong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company shared: What every worker looks forward to most at the end of the year is salary and Tet bonus. Therefore, in order for nearly 800 employees to have Tet, the Company's Trade Union conducted a survey to capture the workers' thoughts and aspirations. On that basis, propose to the Board of Directors and Board of Management a plan to reward Tet with an average bonus of 2 months' salary and income/person. Besides, the Trade Union gave Tet gifts to 100% officials and workers, worth 1,000,000 VND/person.

Although the gifts are not of great value, they are the concern, encouragement and sharing of Trade Unions at all levels with CC1 members and employees.
On this occasion, the Corporation's Trade Union also went to congratulate the retired cadres and leaders of units under the Corporation's Trade Union.
