ANNOUNCEMENT OF CC1 PROCESS SYSTEM AND COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT


On the 6th of June 2022, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) implemented the CC1 Competency Framework and Competency Framework Development Project by Amaica Human Resources Training and Consulting Co., Ltd (Amaica) advised.

Attending the program, on the CC1 side, there is Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Dao, General manager Le Huu Viet Duc, Deputy General managers: Mr. Phan Van Chinh, Mr. Le Bao Anh, Mr. Vu Gia Binh, Mr. Phan Van Ky Trung, Mr. Kim Won Jin, along with many other divisions and departments.
On the Amaica side, there was the participation of Ms. Vo Thanh Phuong Mai - CEO and Project Manager; Ms. Vo Tuong Linh – Consultant and Project Coordinator; Ms. Tran Thi Duong Anh – Competency Frameworks Consultant; Ms. Nguyen Le Uyen - Process System Development Consultant and Manager.

Mr. Nguyen Van Huan – Chairman of the Board emphasized: “In the new context, the new phase as well as the requirements from CC1's Executive Board, we need to standardize processes to optimize resources. In this new setting, new phase as well as the requirements from CC1's Board of Directors, we need to standardize processes to optimize resources, reduce costs and increase work efficiency, thereby enhancing CC1's competitiveness in the market. In addition, in the medium and long-term strategy of CC1, people are the key and core elements of the business, so it is necessary to improve our policies to treat talents well; constantly train experienced and highly qualified staff; build a legacy leadership team.

As planned, Amaica will standardize the Process System (Job Description; Standard Operating Procedure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix - RACI Matrix) and Competency Framework Development (Leadership & Core Competency Framework) for CC1.
Currently, CC1 focuses on perfecting the management platform, operating apparatus, and enhancing the remuneration for employees with 3P salary. One important element of the 3P salary application is the development of Competency Framework.
Competency Framework is a HR management method that integrates skills, attitudes and knowledge. The Competency Framework is used as the basis for evaluating the personnel team, as well as as a criterion for evaluating qualified candidates. Thereby, businesses will improve work efficiency, optimize human resources and minimize costs.
