On May 14th, within the framework of the 35th anniversary celebration of the Ho Chi Minh City Construction and Building Materials Association (SACA) held at the Tan Son Nhat Pavillon Convention Center, Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1), and also Vice Chairman of SACA, participated in many key activities of the program, contributing to promoting the connection of the construction industry ecosystem and expanding international cooperation.
This year's event brought together numerous experts and businesses from both Vietnam and abroad to discuss technological trends, sustainable development, and solutions to enhance the competitiveness of Vietnam's construction industry in the new era.


In both seminar sessions themed “Connecting the Construction Industry Ecosystem – Solutions for Brand and Business Development” and “Science, Technology and Sustainable Development: SACA's 35 Years,” many key topics were discussed, such as the application of AI in construction business management, ESG solutions, zero-carbon factories, green materials, and precast & prefab models to optimize project progress and quality.
CC1's participation in SACA's activities demonstrates the company's role in building a construction industry ecosystem that fosters connectivity, experience sharing, and enhanced overall competitiveness.
Beyond focusing on construction capabilities, CC1 aims to expand its partnerships with international suppliers, technology providers, consultants, training providers, and partners to gradually complete the value chain in the construction and infrastructure sector. Furthermore, CC1 participates in industry networking activities and systematically pursues a long-term, sustainable development strategy based on the ESG model.
Previously, CC1 was honored in the Top 10 Green ESG Enterprises of Vietnam 2025 – Construction Industry in the Infrastructure and Electrical-Telecommunications Construction Developer group. CC1 also received the title of “Outstanding Enterprise in Digital Transformation of the Construction Industry 2025”… This is a milestone showing that the company's sustainable development and digital transformation orientation is gradually being concretized through practical activities.
One of the highlights of the program was the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between SACA and international partners from Australia, Taiwan, Thailand, and France. Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC1 and Vice President of SACA – directly participated in signing the MOU with the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ThaiCham). This activity demonstrated SACA's role in connecting with the international community and its commitment to strengthening international integration within the Vietnamese construction business community.

At the event, CC1 was honored to receive a certificate of commendation from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the Chairman of the SACA Association, recognizing the company's positive contributions to the development of the Association in particular and the construction industry in general throughout its partnership and commitment.


Also at the event, Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Vice President of SACA, was honored to receive a certificate of commendation from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for his outstanding achievements in organizing programs and activities in the construction and building materials sector in Ho Chi Minh City, on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Association's founding.
