Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) has just announced a decision regarding changes in senior personnel in the finance and accounting department.
Accordingly, CC1 has dismissed Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Thuy from her position as Chief Accountant effective July 1, 2026. Prior to this, the CC1 Board of Directors had received Ms. Thuy's resignation letter, citing her desire to focus on personal plans.

Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Thuy (born in 1975) was appointed Chief Accountant at CC1 effective October 2nd, 2023, following her tenure as head of accounting at the parent company. According to CC1's leadership, during her time there, Ms. Thuy made significant contributions to the financial and accounting work, supporting the overall development of the enterprise.
CC1 has also simultaneously appointed Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hieu as Chief Accountant effective July 1, 2026. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hieu served as Director of the Centralized Finance and Accounting Management Board of CC1.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hieu, born in 1982, holds a professional qualification in Accounting and Auditing. He joined CC1 in 2021 and has held various positions in the finance and accounting field, including: Manager of the Tax and Materials Business Accounting Department, Accounting Officer, and Director of the CC1 Centralized Finance and Accounting Management Board. Given his extensive experience at CC1, Mr. Hieu's appointment as Chief Accountant is considered a significant transition, contributing to the continuity and stability of the company's financial and accounting management.
The new personnel appointments are expected to further strengthen CC1's financial and accounting management capabilities in the next phase of its development.
Regarding business performance, in Q1/2026, CC1's revenue reached VND 2,290 billion, a strong increase of 62% compared to the same period in 2025 (over VND 1,415 billion).
Notably, CC1's net cash flow from business operations showed positive progress, reaching VND 735.4 billion in Q1/2026. This development indicates a significant improvement in the company's ability to recover cash flow from construction activities and project payments. This is considered a bright spot in the company's financial picture, mainly due to a reduction in accounts receivable and a shrinking of inventory, thereby contributing to improved cash flow quality during the period.
Gross profit also improved, increasing by 291% year-on-year to VND 109 billion, reflecting the expansion of construction activities during the period. As of March 31, 2026, CC1's total assets reached over VND 18,756 billion, an increase of 9.31% year-on-year compared to the end of 2025, equivalent to an increase of VND 1,593 billion, showing that the scale of assets continues to expand in parallel with the growth of business operations.
Notably, the company recently recorded nearly 8,000 billion VND in new contract signings, thereby increasing its backlog from approximately 42,500 billion VND to over 50,000 billion VND. This scale further strengthens CC1's position among contractors with large backlogs in the construction market.
