Job Description:
– Working in Phu Yen province;
– Control the volume of acceptance, payment, and settlement with investors, subcontractors, and teams;
– Prepare estimates for arising items, prepare price adjustment documents with investors, subcontractors, and teams;
– Cost and budget control;
– Monitor the implementation status of the project contract, handle payment issues arising related to the contract…;
– Draft, implement and sign contracts with partners;
– Extract quantity from technical drawings and construction drawings;
– Other tasks assigned by the Department Head and Executive Director.
Job Requirements:
– University degree or higher in or related to construction economics or road construction or road bridges or tunnels;
– Have at least 5 years of experience in payment or construction of traffic works;
– Responsible for payment of at least 01 level I traffic project or higher or 02 level II traffic projects.
– Have a high sense of responsibility, work proactively and withstand high pressure working environment.
