Construction Corporation No. 1 with 38 years of construction and development, along with striving to complete production and business goals, protect the environment, ensure safety for workers, and organize annual Sports Festivals. is a meaningful and practical activity Welcome the 9th Congress of Construction Corporation No. 1's Trade Union, move towards the 13th Congress of Vietnam Communist Party of Vietnam and celebrate the founding day of Construction Corporation No. 1 (01/10/1979 – 01/10/2017).

The Sport Festival was held from September 28 to October 6 of 2017 with the following contents: Mini Football, Tennis, Golf; at three venues: Mini Football at Ho Chi Minh City Staff School Information Center Club, Tennis tournament at Khang An Sports Club and Thu Duc Golf Course. The games attract leaders, presidents from the Corporation's trade unions and affiliated trade unions with more than 400 athletes who are officials, union members, labor unions and guest units and a large number of cheerleaders who are employees throughout the Corporation. 

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Manh Tan - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation emphasized that this is a meaningful annual activity of the Corporation to promote the spirit of health training of employees, tighten solidarity, friendship, cooperation and bond development between units inside and outside the Corporation.

Especially at the "CC1 Golf and friends” tournament, the Corporation launched and called on its units, donors, employees to sponsor the tournament and jointly raise a charity fund of 500 million VND to donate Dong Nai provincial learning promotion fund to Trang Bom district and Long Khanh town. This is also an annual event of Construction Corporation No. 1 with the enthusiastic participation of employees and donors. Thereby, the Corporation has gradually formed a corporate culture for the community from the consciousness of each officer and employee.

The sports festival has brought fans attractive matches, beautiful competitions, moments of suspense, excitement, the noble fair spirit of sports. The prize value differs to each sport as the following:

• Mini Football: the total prize value of 23 million VND including 1 First Prize; 1 Second Prize, 1 Third Prize, Top Scorer Award and Style Award.
• Tennis: the total prize value is 8 million VND including 1 First Prize; 1 Second Prize, 02 Third Prizes.
• Golf: total prize value of 70 million including 1 Championship; 3 Technique Awards; First, Second, Third prizes for four boards A, B, C and Callaway.
