On June 7, 2018, The Investor - Tran Anh Long An Real Estate Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for Phuc An City Project in My Hanh Nam commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province. The contract’s package includes the design and construction of 520 villas and 1000 condotels with the entire area infrastructure being the CC1 – Nam Thinh Joint Venture. Currently, the contract is 730 days starting from June 7, 2018 with a total value of about 900 billion VND.
