CC1 ORGANIZED A TALK: "WOMEN BALANCE LIFE AND OVERCOMING PRESSURE AT WORK" ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY, MARCH 8

Joining the jubilant atmosphere to welcome International Women's Day, on the morning of March 7, 2024, the Trade Union of Construction Corporation No. 1 organized a discussion with the theme: "Women balance life and overcome pressure at work" for more than 140 Sisters working at Construction Corporation No. 1 - Joint Stock Company (CC1) with the purpose of expressing gratitude, sharing and accompanying women in all aspects of life.

The discussion took place in a fun, comfortable space with open and engaging guidance from Master of Psychology Nguyen Thi My Hanh - Lecturer at the University of Education. At the program, the Master explained the difficulties and pressures of modern women and "revealed" valuable "secrets" that helped CC1 Sisters change many perspectives on life as they learned. How to balance your emotions, find and become a happier version of yourself.

On the same day, the Agency's Trade Union Executive Committee held a party to celebrate March 8 for CC1 Sisters at D'Maris restaurant. This is an opportunity for CC1 Sisters to chat, connect and share experiences in work and in life.

For businesses operating in the construction field like CC1, female workers only account for about 20% in number, but play an important role in the success and development of the Corporation. Meaningful activities on International Women's Day March 8 at CC1 have shown the close attention of the Corporation's Board of Directors. Believe that CC1 Sisters in particular and all workers at the Corporation will become more and more confident to continue to contribute and consider CC1 as their second home.
