On the morning of June 27, 2025, in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, TBS Land Investment Joint Stock Company – a subsidiary of TBS Group – held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ho Guom Green Urban Area project. The event was attended by leaders from various departments and agencies of Binh Duong Province, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1), and design and supervision consulting units. This event marks another important milestone in the construction process of this project.
Present at the groundbreaking ceremony, on the local leadership side, were Mr. Nguyen Van Loi – Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc – Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council; Mr. Vo Quang Minh – Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives of local departments and agencies.
Representing the investor were Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of TBS Group; Ms. Nguyen Thi Vui – Secretary of the Party Committee of TBS Group, CEO of TBS Logistic; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son – Chairman of the Industrial Production Division of TBS Group, along with other key leaders and officials of the group.
Representing CC1 were Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dinh Van Hung – Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoi – Director of the Construction Economics Division, Mr. Duong Xuan Sang – Head of the Technical & BIM Department, Mr. Pham Van Hai – Director of the Project Management Board for infrastructure projects in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast region, along with the team of engineers and the project management team for this contract package.
The Ho Guom Green urban area is currently one of the largest projects in Thuan An City, bearing the distinctive mark of architecture and culture, aiming to recreate the spirit of Hanoi in the heart of Southern Vietnam. In this project, CC1 is responsible for the construction of the technical infrastructure package, including the following items: transportation system; rainwater drainage system; wastewater drainage system; power supply and lighting system; water supply and fire fighting system; communication system and The Huc Bridge.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors – shared: “As the main infrastructure contractor, CC1 is committed to dedicating its full efforts to understanding and conveying the spirit and ideas of the investor into every detail of the project. We will mobilize experienced personnel, modern equipment, and the highest quality materials to ensure the progress, quality of construction, and absolute safety. We also aspire to become a strategic partner, accompanying TBS Land on many distinctive and large-scale projects in the future.”
Sharing his thoughts on the project, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of TBS Group – said that upon completion, the Ho Guom Green Urban Area promises to become an ideal living and resort space, integrating a full range of high-end amenities such as 5-star hotels, shopping centers, pedestrian streets around the lake, and commercial townhouses (shophouses)… All of this will create an attractive destination for all ages, locals, tourists, as well as those living abroad who wish to rediscover the image of Hanoi rich in historical values.
The Ho Guom Green Residential Area project further expands CC1's "collection" of hundreds of civil engineering projects that it has been and is currently implementing throughout Vietnam. These projects not only reflect CC1's superior construction capabilities but also demonstrate the investors' confidence in the quality of the projects it undertakes, contributing to the creation of a modern and sustainable urban infrastructure system for the country.
