CC1 ACCELERATES IN THE DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE ERA: RANKED AMONG THE TOP 10 INNOVATIVE AND EFFECTIVE BUSINESSES OF 2025

Within the framework of the Research Program on Innovation and Creativity in Key Economic Sectors in 2025, Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) was announced as one of the Top 10 Innovative & Efficient Business Enterprises in the Real Estate - Construction sector, selected by Viet Research in collaboration with the Finance - Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance).

This award is not only a recognition of CC1's operational, financial, and technological capabilities, but also affirms the sustainable innovation strategy that CC1 is steadfastly pursuing: strong digital transformation, strengthening internal human resources, and expanding domestic and international cooperation.

Comprehensive Digitalization – The Strategic Leverage of a Pioneering Contractor

Faced with the increasingly stringent demands of the modern construction industry regarding management, quality, cost, and environmental standards, the CC1 leadership team has determined that digital transformation is no longer an option, but a necessary condition for the company's sustainable development and long-term competitive advantage.

Since 2022, CC1 has officially implemented its Digital Transformation program, aiming to complete a comprehensive digital ecosystem by 2027. Notably, the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology has been implemented to digitize the entire design, construction, and project management process, optimizing progress, quality, and cost control. Simultaneously, the CC1-XBOSS management software ecosystem is also being strongly developed, integrating platforms for financial management, human resources, site operations, and real-time project management, creating a unified digital operations center.

The implementation of the CC1-XBOSS management system contributes to process automation, reduces administrative procedures, improves accuracy, shortens processing time, and optimizes operational efficiency.

Recognizing that people are the foundation of all innovation, CC1 is steadfast in pursuing a systematic and long-term human resource development strategy.

In the context of the rapidly transforming construction industry, businesses continuously organize large-scale training programs, workshops, and professional conferences to enhance the expertise, modern thinking, and adaptability of their engineering and management staff, such as the course... “Project management practices based on the PMP model,” the CC1 Technical Conference 2025, or building a professional competency framework based on the AI model… These are the foundations for CC1 to build a workforce with strong expertise, excellent technical skills, a global mindset, and readiness to conquer large-scale and technically complex projects in the new phase of Vietnam's infrastructure industry.

Global cooperation – Setting a new standard for Vietnamese contractors.

Not only focusing on building strong internal capabilities, CC1 also proactively expands international cooperation to approach advanced technical standards. The company is currently a partner of many major general contractors such as Taisei, Shimizu, NJPT (Japan), as well as units from South Korea, China, and Europe… These are both strategic partners and act as a "technology bridge," helping CC1 update modern construction and management methods, thereby enhancing its domestic implementation capacity and expanding its operations into the regional market.

CC1 welcomed and worked with the CCICC (China) partner delegation, strengthening international cooperation in the field of construction and infrastructure development.

Simultaneously, CC1 actively promotes technology transfer within Vietnam through cooperation with international partners in the implementation of key domestic projects, contributing to raising technical standards and standardizing construction processes according to global standards.

In just the first six months of 2025, CC1 was consecutively honored with three prestigious awards: leading the Top 10 Infrastructure and Industrial Construction Contractors; achieving a "double" with Top 10 Green ESG Enterprises in Vietnam 2025 and Top 10 Innovative & Efficient Business Enterprises. These are clear proofs of its sustainable development strategy, with digital transformation, modern management, and international cooperation as its core foundation.
