Recently, at the auditorium on the 12th floor of the headquarters of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1), the Go-Live ceremony for the ODOO ERP enterprise management system took place – a strategic milestone in CC1's comprehensive digital transformation journey.

Within the framework of the program, CC1 was represented by Mr. Pham Le Hao – Deputy General Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran – Director of Human Resources Management.

Representing the system implementation team was Mr. Tran Van Giang – Director of XBOSS Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. (XBOSS).

On the operating side, in the construction sector, the event was honored to welcome Mr. Tran Minh Doanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Dang Xuan Binh - General Director of Viet Hung No. 1 Construction Joint Stock Company; Mr. Le Van Dai - Deputy General Director of Viet Quang No. 1 Construction Joint Stock Company; and Mr. Le Viet Hoai - General Director of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 14.

In the field of trade and services, the event welcomed Mr. Nguyen Van Binh - General Director of CC1 Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.

Also present were the leaders of CC1's departments/divisions, and representatives from its subsidiaries and member companies.

The system, implemented by XBOSS, has been systematically redesigned, synchronized, and deeply integrated, encompassing strategic modules such as: Financial management, human resources, supply chain, project management, construction operations, and materials business operations.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Pham Le Hao – Deputy General Director of CC1 emphasized"Today, we officially mark a significant milestone in the comprehensive digital transformation journey of CC1 and the companies in our ecosystem. Throughout the implementation process, XBOSS – the ERP ODOO system implementation unit – closely coordinated with functional departments and member companies of CC1, ensuring compatibility with operational practices and optimizing system usage efficiency.

At the event, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong – Deputy Director of XBOSS – presented a summary report of the project, sharing the outstanding results achieved and the future development direction of the system. With over three months of continuous and diligent work, the implementation team, together with CC1 and its member companies, overcame many practical challenges to officially launch the ODOO ERP system into operation.

In the construction sector, units such as Viet Hung Construction Company No. 1, Viet Quang Construction Company No. 1, and Investment and Construction Company No. 14 have collaborated to standardize processes, optimize construction management, and enhance project management capabilities.

Within the CC1 ecosystem, CC1 Trading and Service Joint Stock Company plays a crucial connecting role between construction activities and logistics, supply, and trade services. Implementing ERP here helps improve the efficiency of warehousing, sales, and finance management, while also accelerating data processing and risk control.

In particular, we cannot overlook the role of the Key Users and End Users – those who work directly with the system every day. They are the bridge between technology and people, the foundation that ensures the ERP system not only "operates," but also "operates effectively."

The program concluded with a signing ceremony for cooperation agreements between the parties, including Viet Hung No. 1 Construction Joint Stock Company, Viet Quang No. 1 Construction Joint Stock Company, XBOSS Technology Solutions Co., Ltd., Construction Investment Joint Stock Company No. 14, and CC1 Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement is not only symbolic but also represents a strategic commitment to a long-term partnership between the parties, jointly developing the ODOO ERP system into the core management platform of CC1.
