On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20th, at the headquarters of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1), CC1 organized a ceremony to express gratitude and honor its internal lecturers, the steadfast "keepers of the flame," who are both experts in their profession and inspirers, sharing their experience, skills, and the spirit of CC1, aiming to build a high-quality workforce that meets international standards.

Attending the event, on the leadership side were Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Dung - Director of Human Resources Management, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoi - Director of Economics and Construction, along with representatives from various departments and internal instructors from the office to the construction site.
Throughout its more than 46-year journey of construction and development, CC1's strength lies not only in its nationally significant projects but also in the solid intellectual foundation built upon its internal team of instructors. These individuals, who don't stand on traditional lecture podiums, sow the seeds of knowledge right on construction sites, in meeting rooms, and in every professional and corporate culture training course.
Speaking at the event, Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Dung – Director of Human Resources Management, expressed her deep gratitude to the individuals who have silently contributed to developing and enhancing the quality of human resources within CC1's learning ecosystem. She highly appreciated the contributions of the internal faculty, which have helped build a solid foundation in the organization's core competencies. This is also the basis that enables CC1 employees to readily adapt to any changes and meet the continuously evolving demands of the market.

“From classroom sessions after shifts at construction sites, to professional sharing sessions and workshops on technology applications, management models, and leadership skills… each internal instructor is contributing to building a ‘CC1 knowledge house,’ where learning becomes a culture, where knowledge is not only transmitted but also spread and multiplied many times over,” she confided.
Mr. Cao Xuan Tuan, a technical expert and internal lecturer at CC1, shared after a long journey with the company that the unique characteristics of the construction industry always demand continuous updating and innovation. He stated: "At CC1, internal lecturers are the force that creates a sustainable competitive advantage, because they are the bridge between practical experience and the development of the next generation's capabilities."

Over the past period, CC1 has proactively implemented many in-depth training programs with the participation of experienced experts from outside as well as within the Corporation. Notable courses include those on urban rail, high-speed rail, supply chain management, and many other key professional topics… aimed at enhancing the technical capacity, management thinking, and practical experience of its staff and engineers.
These programs not only help CC1 employees update their knowledge with the latest advancements but also contribute to building a solid professional foundation and strong internal capabilities, preparing them to conquer large-scale infrastructure projects in the future.
In 2026, CC1 will officially launch a program to plan and develop its internal faculty team in a professional, systematic, and sustainable manner. This is a strategic step to build a solid knowledge foundation, spread a learning culture, and strengthen the internal capabilities of the Corporation.
The program focuses on standardizing and recognizing internal faculty members according to their expertise, professional skills, and management level; and simultaneously building a faculty competency framework as a basis for training, evaluation, and development. CC1 also applies a system of recognition and appropriate rewards, including teaching fees, reward policies, priority in personnel planning, and opportunities to participate in pedagogical skills development courses.
Furthermore, the formation of an internal CC1 faculty community will create an environment for connecting and sharing training and mentoring methods, contributing to the spread of a spirit of continuous learning. The program's goal is not only to train skills, but also to build a learning culture, a sustainable competitive advantage, and a core value that will help CC1 thrive in the future.
Once again, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the internal teaching staff of CC1 and respectfully send my best wishes to all those working in teaching and education, those who pass on their skills, inspire, and motivate… I wish you all a truly fulfilling, meaningful, and proud holiday!
