Internal Communications Specialist


Job Description:
1. Develop communication strategy:
– Plan and implement internal communications strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement.
2. Create content:
– Write and edit communication materials such as newsletters, articles for intranet, and content for internal events.
– Production of videos, images and other visual communication materials.
3. Information channel management:
– Maintain and update internal communication channels such as intranet, email, bulletin boards, and internal social networks.
– Ensure information is transmitted accurately and promptly.
4. Training:
– Integration training, sharing corporate culture
4. Event organization:
– Plan and organize internal events such as seminars, meetings, and team building activities.
– Organize activities and programs to spread corporate culture and change employee behavior according to the core values of the business.
5. Analysis and reporting:
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication activities.
– Conduct surveys to collect opinions and feedback from employees.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of spreading corporate culture and the level of change in employee behavior
6. Consulting and supporting Departments and Board of Directors:
– Provide advice to Departments and Management on communicating important messages from Departments and how to convey messages to employees.
Job Requirements:
1. Education level
– University graduate: Major in communications, marketing, journalism, human resources management or related fields.
2. Experience
– Work experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in communications, internal communications or public relations.
– Event organization experience: Experience in planning and organizing internal events.
3. Skills
– Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to persuade and convey information effectively, interact with Departments and Management Board to build satellites to collect information and data.
– Writing skills: Good writing skills, ability to edit and create attractive content.
– Technology skills: Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
– Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities.
4. Personality
– Creativity: Ability to come up with new and creative ideas in communication content.
– Proactive: Have the spirit of independent work and be proactive in work.
– Teamwork skills: Ability to coordinate well with different departments in the organization.
- Dynamic, active, talkative
5. Other requirements
– Have knowledge and experience in training related work
– Experience in internal communications in construction companies is an advantage
– Ability to work under pressure: Able to work in a pressured environment and meet deadlines.
– English: Good English skills.
– MC skills are an advantage
– Photography and photo editing skills
– Go on business trips to projects
