VOV.VN – Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) recently organized an intensive training course on “Practical Project Management according to the PMP Model” led by leading experts in PMI methodology training to equip its staff with knowledge and skills in project management and implementation according to international standards.
CC1's future development strategy focuses on applying advanced technologies from developed countries to key national projects in Vietnam. Therefore, training personnel to international standards is extremely important.
The PMP course focuses on planning skills, risk control, and resource optimization, enabling students to establish project roadmaps, identify milestones, and develop strategic thinking in budget, personnel, and schedule management.
In particular, highly interactive practical exercises will enhance teamwork and flexible problem-solving skills. CC1 staff are enthusiastic about directly applying real-world scenarios from projects, honing their skills in identifying problems, analyzing them, and finding optimal solutions.

In addition to project management training programs, CC1 implements the development of a professional competency framework, helping to identify, assess, and develop human resource capabilities at each position and level within the enterprise. Simultaneously, it creates a professional work environment where each individual develops based on their actual abilities, while also improving the quality of the succession team and ensuring effective recruitment.

With a strategy focused on developing high-quality human resources, considered a decisive factor in the success of key projects, especially in the field of transportation infrastructure, in early March, CC1 also signed a cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – a university with a long tradition of training in engineering and technology nationwide.

Investing in human resources not only enhances expertise but also creates a solid foundation for the implementation of national-scale projects. This combination blends practical experience and academic knowledge, contributing to the training of a generation of young engineers who are not only professionally competent but also creative, ready to face major challenges in national-scale projects.

In the coming period, CC1 will expand cooperation with specialized universities nationwide, continuing to promote human resource development to meet the increasingly high demands for construction quality. This is an important strategic step, helping CC1 consolidate its position and strive to become a leading investment and construction group in Vietnam, affirming its role as a professional international contractor, contributing to the sustainable development of the construction industry and accompanying the nation's progress./.
