On October 10, 2025, in conjunction with the National Digital Transformation Day, Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) held a Kick-off Ceremony for the ODOO ERP system implementation project at its headquarters. This event took place shortly after CC1 was honored as a "Typical Enterprise in Digital Transformation in the Construction Industry 2025" within the framework of the Vietnam Construction Awards program.
The event, co-organized with the system consulting and implementation unit – XBOSS Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. (XBOSS), marks a significant milestone in CC1's comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the 2025–2027 period. This is the phase in which the company aims to create a modern, synchronized, and transparent management platform across the entire system.
Overview of the program “Kick-off Ceremony for the ODOO ERP System Implementation Project"
Attending the program, on behalf of CC1 were Mr. Le Bao Anh - General Director; Mr. Pham Le Hao - Deputy General Director; Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Dung - Director of Human Resources Management, along with leaders of various divisions and specialized departments of the Corporation.
Representing the system implementation team were Mr. Tran Van Giang – CEO of XBOSS, along with a team of consultants and implementation experts.
At the event, Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Dung – Director of Human Resources Management – announced the decision to establish the ODOO ERP Project Implementation Board, responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the project's progress and quality, aiming for system operation from January 1, 2026.
As a core force in the digital transformation process, the Project Team will connect technology strategy with operational practices, creating a foundation for a comprehensive, modern, and transparent digital governance model at CC1.
Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Dung – Director of Human Resources Management – announced the decision to establish the ODOO ERP Project Implementation Team.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Bao Anh – General Director, who has directly accompanied, guided, and created important advancements in CC1's digital transformation journey, shared:In its 2025–2027 development strategy, CC1 identifies three values that create sustainable competitive advantages: the capacity to undertake large-scale and complex projects as a general contractor, a fast and efficient supply chain, and a modern, digitally-based management platform. Digital transformation is not only an inevitable trend but also a method to elevate management practices, aiming for fairness, discipline, transparency, and optimal efficiency."
The CEO emphasized that all departments must enhance their awareness, vision, and proactive spirit during the transformation process, considering it the only path for the company to achieve its sustainable development goals. “In this process, no one is left out of the digitalization flow. With the leadership of Xboss and the newly established Project Management Team, I believe that departments will work closely together, operating daily workflows on a digital platform, achieving higher efficiency and accuracy.”
Mr. Le Bao Anh, General Director of CC1, shared his vision for digital transformation in the 2025-2027 period, inspiring innovation, determination, and a sense of partnership among all employees.
For an ODOO ERP system to operate effectively, it requires not only a sound strategic vision from the business but also close collaboration from the implementation team – those who directly create the solution, work alongside the units to solve practical problems step by step, design a suitable system, and operate it efficiently.
Throughout this journey, XBOSS – the consulting and implementation unit for the ODOO ERP system – has closely collaborated with the departments and member companies of CC1, ensuring that the implementation process is systematic, flexible, and tailored to the specific operational characteristics of the entire system within the CC1 ecosystem.

For a large-scale digital transformation project to succeed, in addition to an advanced technology platform, the most important factor is commitment, close coordination, and unity from all parties involved.

The Kick-off Ceremony for the ODOO ERP system implementation project officially launched, opening the journey to create a comprehensive digital management ecosystem – “ODOO ERP: The Unified Management Platform for CC1”. With a long-term vision and a pioneering spirit of innovation, CC1 is gradually realizing its goal of building a modern, synchronized, and comprehensive management system, integrating strategic modules from finance, human resources, supply chain to project management and materials business.
The "Outstanding Enterprise in Digital Transformation in the Construction Industry 2025" award is proof of this correct direction and affirms CC1's strong determination to standardize processes, improve governance, strengthen internal connectivity, and promote sustainable development.
