The consortium led by Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) has been approved as the winning bidder for Package No. 18: Construction and supply and installation of equipment for the passenger terminal and auxiliary works under Component Project 1 “Construction of Passenger Terminal T2 – Dong Hoi Airport”.
The winning bidder is the DH18 consortium, comprising CC1, Thanh An Corporation, Truong Son Construction Corporation, ETC Technology Systems JSC, and Tan Thanh Refrigeration and Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., with a winning bid price of VND 1.535 billion. This was also the only bidder participating in the tender package.
The project has an estimated budget of 1,542 billion VND, with the Vietnam Airports Corporation as the investor.
Component Project 1, "Construction of Terminal 2 - Dong Hoi Airport," has a total investment of VND 1,750 billion. The investment objective is to build Terminal 2 at Dong Hoi Airport to meet the airport's current and future development needs, improve passenger service quality, and enhance operational efficiency. Upon completion, Terminal 2 will be a domestic passenger terminal with a capacity of 3 million passengers per year, contributing to the completion of the airport's infrastructure according to the approved plan.
