On December 19, 2025, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province officially held the inauguration ceremony for the Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project, marking an important milestone in the local government's investment roadmap for improving healthcare infrastructure.
The event took place against the backdrop of numerous large-scale infrastructure projects across the country being completed simultaneously at the end of the year, demonstrating the determination of localities to promote socio-economic development and improve the quality of public services.

The project is being built in Dong Gia Nghia ward, with a capacity of 700 beds, including 400 beds renovated from the existing building and 300 beds newly constructed. The hospital is designed to Grade II hospital standards, comprising 18 departments and functional units, on a total area of nearly 12 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 800 billion VND from the central government budget. Notably, this is the first hospital in the province to be designed with a helipad, serving emergency medical services in critical situations.
The inauguration ceremony of the Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project is of great significance, marking a new step in improving healthcare infrastructure, enhancing medical examination and treatment capacity, meeting the increasing healthcare needs of the people in Lam Dong province and neighboring localities, and contributing to promoting international cooperation in the field of healthcare.

The Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project is also one of the key projects that local people are particularly interested in. The completion and commissioning of the project is of significant importance in gradually reducing the burden on higher-level hospitals, while creating a foundation for the sustainable development of the healthcare system in the Central Highlands region.
To realize those expectations, the role of the construction unit is crucial right from the first brick laid. Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) is honored to undertake the role of the main contractor for the project. From the implementation phase, the project sets stringent requirements regarding structure, spatial organization, and specialized technical standards, demanding close coordination between design, construction, and technological solutions to ensure safe and stable operation in the long term.
Given the project's high demands on schedule and quality, CC1 proactively mobilized significant resources, organized construction systematically, and closely monitored each item. Hundreds of staff, engineers, and workers, along with a system of modern equipment and machinery, were regularly deployed on the construction site, implementing construction in multiple parallel teams to ensure the set schedule was met.
Simultaneously, quality management, occupational safety, and environmental hygiene were strictly implemented according to current standards. The project's completion on schedule and the inauguration ceremony held as planned are the result of decisive, coordinated, and highly disciplined construction management.
With over 46 years of establishment and development, CC1 has consistently affirmed its position as one of Vietnam's leading construction and infrastructure investment enterprises, operating comprehensively in the fields of industry, energy, transportation, civil engineering, and technical infrastructure. Participating in the construction of the Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project further demonstrates CC1's capabilities, experience, and especially its social responsibility in partnering with the government and local authorities to develop public health facilities.

Previously, CC1 participated in and completed many large-scale medical and civil engineering projects such as Ho Chi Minh City Children's Hospital, Binh Duong General Hospital, Tien Giang General Hospital, Tra Vinh General Hospital, etc., contributing to improving the medical infrastructure capacity in many localities nationwide.
In the Central Highlands region – a land rich in potential but facing many socio-economic challenges – CC1 has been leaving a clear mark through high-quality projects, applying modern technology and focusing on sustainable development. Besides the Dak Nong General Hospital upgrade project, CC1 is also the contractor for the Gia Nghia Central Square – a planned area of approximately 19 hectares with a total investment of 400 billion VND. Upon completion, the project is expected to boost development in over 1,000 hectares east of the central lake, creating momentum to attract investment, forming a civilized and modern urban space, and strengthening regional linkages between the Central Highlands, the Southeast region, and the South Central Coast.
At the beginning of 2025, CC1 excellently maintained its leading position in the "Top 10 Reputable Infrastructure and Industrial Construction Contractors of 2025" ranking. This is also the second consecutive year that the company has held the top position among the leading reputable Infrastructure and Industrial Construction Contractors in Vietnam. Particularly this year, according to the results of in-depth surveys from experts, businesses, and partners, CC1 received the highest level of trust from the evaluation forms, demonstrating its prestige and leading role in the construction industry.
The awards recognize the company's sustained development and consistent commitment to supporting projects with long-term socio-economic significance. For CC1, each project is not only a milestone in construction capabilities but also a practical contribution to the community and the sustainable development of the locality.
