In the context of the construction and infrastructure industry entering a development phase with increasingly high demands for technology and implementation capabilities, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) is gradually promoting its strategy of developing high-quality human resources through strengthening internal training, expanding cooperation with universities, and proactively connecting with young talent.
These activities have been implemented simultaneously in recent times, demonstrating the company's systematic approach to preparing resources for key projects as well as large-scale infrastructure projects.
In-depth training linked to practical construction work.
A key focus of CC1's human resource development strategy is intensive training programs for its team of engineers and technical staff.
Previously, the company organized a field trip to the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien Metro line as part of the "High-Speed Railway – Urban Railway" training program. This was a practical phase following the theoretical content, allowing trainees to directly observe the infrastructure, track structure, and the operation center, which coordinates all metro line operations.
Notably, the program involves domestic and international experts who are directly involved in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects, thereby helping CC1 engineers access modern standards and technologies.

In parallel with internal training, CC1 is strengthening its presence at leading universities in the construction industry to connect with high-quality human resources early on.
On April 24, 2026, CC1 participated in the Job Fair organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - VNU-HCM in Ho Chi Minh City. The program brought together many leading construction companies with activities such as career guidance sharing, exchanges between companies and students, and tours of the recruitment area.

At the same time, CC1 also participated in the Career Fair – HAU Job Fair 2026 organized by Hanoi University of Architecture on April 23, 2026 in Hanoi. The event targeted final-year students and graduates, providing them with opportunities to gain practical experience in businesses, understand recruitment needs, and explore career opportunities.

Through these activities, businesses not only introduce their working environment and staffing needs, but also contribute to career guidance, helping students better understand the practical requirements of the construction and infrastructure industry.
In addition to recruitment activities, CC1 also partners with large-scale construction and architecture events, contributing to strengthening connections between businesses and the training ecosystem.
A prime example is our partnership with the 15th National Architecture Student Festival, themed “Archinnovation – Architecture in the Technological Age,” which took place from April 15-18, 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted over 1,000 lecturers and students from 27 educational institutions nationwide, focusing on trends such as artificial intelligence (AI), BIM, virtual reality/arrival (VR/AR), and smart materials in architecture and construction.

Participating in these activities helps businesses access potential human resources, facilitates updates on technological trends, and thus strengthens the connection between training and industry practice.
Preparing resources for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Speaking at the Career Fair of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, a representative from CC1 introduced the scale and strengths of its general contracting services in civil construction, technical infrastructure, and energy industries over the past 47 years. CC1 affirmed its commitment to supporting generations of students through sponsorship programs and scholarships for students from disadvantaged backgrounds and those with scientific and technological research projects.

In addition, CC1 is also an attractive destination for many generations of students and young engineers who want to participate and develop in a professional working environment, hone their skills and experience through a series of large-scale projects, and enjoy comprehensive benefits…
In the context of Vietnam's push for large-scale projects such as high-speed rail, metro, and other major transportation infrastructure, the need for engineers with the capability to execute projects, understand technology, and adapt quickly to modern construction environments is becoming increasingly urgent. Some notable projects that bear the mark of CC1 include the Phu Tho Circus and Multipurpose Performance Hall, the Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant, the Dai Ngai 2 Bridge, and the Hoa An Bridge, among others.
CC1's proactive collaboration with leading universities and training institutions specializing in construction and engineering in Vietnam is considered one of the important steps that helps the company prepare to participate in and implement projects with high technical, schedule, and quality requirements in the next phase of development.
