CC1 Ranked Among Top 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises 2025: Affirming its Leading Position and Strong Internal Strength in the Construction Sector

Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) was honored in the Top 50 Excellent Enterprises in Vietnam in 2025 (Top 50 Vietnam The Best) announced by Vietnam Report, thereby further affirming its position as a private construction contractor with outstanding management capabilities and a leading role in national infrastructure development.

The leading position of a reputable construction contractor.

On January 8, 2026, at the Ho Guom Theater in Hanoi, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with VietNamNet newspaper, successfully organized the Announcement Ceremony of VNR500 – Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam & VNR FUTURE 100 – Top 100 Enterprises Shaping the Future of Vietnam in 2025.

Mr. Le Bao Anh, General Director of CC1, was honored to receive the trophy and certificate for being among the Top 50 Outstanding Vietnamese Enterprises at the event.

Among them, the Top 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises are considered the "pinnacle" of the VNR500 ranking, bringing together businesses that have achieved large revenue scales while maintaining stable and sustainable business performance in the 2024-2025 period.

According to international standards, the size and financial efficiency not only reflect internal strength but also serve as a measure of a company's strategic vision, management capabilities, and ability to create long-term economic and social impact.

CC1 was named among the Top 50 Outstanding Vietnamese Enterprises in 2025, a recognition that comes amidst the company's consistent presence in prestigious rankings for financial performance, notably PROFIT500 and the Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2025, which honors businesses with outstanding profits and significant contributions to the national budget.

After the State completed its divestment in 2020, CC1 officially transformed into a private enterprise, 100%, implementing a comprehensive restructuring process in governance, finance, and operating model, aiming for standards of transparency, efficiency, and sustainable development.

Based on that foundation, CC1 has shaped an integrated value chain model centered around three pillars: construction – investment – production of building materials and components. This strategy helps the company proactively manage technology, control costs, optimize profit margins, and reduce dependence on external supply chains, a particularly important factor in the context of a volatile global economy.

To enhance productivity and strengthen competitiveness, CC1 is accelerating digital transformation, aiming to perfect the digital ecosystem in its construction operations. By the end of 2025, CC1 announced the launch of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The implementation of this new management tool aims to modernize operational methods, enhance data connectivity and process integration between units throughout the entire system.

In addition to ERP, CC1 implements BIM (Building Information Modeling) in key projects to support schedule management, cost control, and improve construction quality; and also applies geotechnical software such as Plaxis (Bentley) to serve analysis, evaluation, and propose safe and efficient construction solutions.

In fact, digital solutions have contributed to shortening construction timelines in many projects, meeting the quality, safety, and aesthetic requirements of key projects completed in the December 19th period, such as Dak Nong General Hospital, Dai Ngai 2 Bridge, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, Can Tho - Ca Mau Expressway, and Long Thanh Airport conducting its first technical flight…

According to Vietnam Report, the Top 50 Outstanding Vietnamese Enterprises are a group of pioneering businesses capable of shaping governance standards, leading development trends, and contributing to major economic decisions of the country.

CC1's inclusion in this ranking is not only a recognition of its financial achievements, but also a testament to the leadership, long-term strategy, and international aspirations of a key infrastructure enterprise, ready to undertake technically complex and high-level projects, as well as national key projects…

CC1 consistently takes the lead in key projects.

Not content with its role as a traditional contractor, CC1 is gradually reshaping the image of Vietnamese contractors right in the domestic market, through its participation in and leadership of a series of key national projects in the fields of transportation - technical infrastructure, industry, and civil engineering.

Notably, in the industrial sector, CC1 has made a significant leap forward, moving from a position of dependence on international general contractors to becoming on par with and playing a leading role in many international EPC consortiums, collaborating with leading corporations from Japan, South Korea, and Europe.

The company has also consistently been awarded key projects that are significant to the image, appearance, and core infrastructure value of the region. For example, CC1 was part of a three-member consortium that won the 1.979 billion VND contract to build the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural Center; the consortium led by CC1 was recently approved as the winner of Package No. 18: Construction and supply and installation of equipment for the passenger terminal and auxiliary works under Component Project 1 “Construction of Passenger Terminal T2 – Dong Hoi Airport”; the People's Committee of Dong Nai province approved CC1 as the investor proposing the Cat Lai bridge and access road project under the public-private partnership (PPP) model; the consortium of investors led by CC1 was approved to propose the investment project for the construction of the Long Hung bridge (Dong Nai 2 bridge)…

With its inclusion in the Top 50 Outstanding Vietnamese Enterprises in 2025, CC1 continues to affirm its pivotal role in the construction and infrastructure sector, while also demonstrating its ambition to become a professional international contractor, contributing to the journey of enhancing Vietnam's brand position on the global economic map.

Businesses from diverse sectors were honored in turn at the announcement ceremony of the Top 50 Outstanding Vietnamese Businesses.

In December 2025, CC1 was honored as one of the Top 3 Pioneering Sustainable Construction Contractors at VSCF 2025. Prior to that, CC1 held the leading position in the Top 10 ranking of reputable Infrastructure and Industrial Construction Contractors in 2025, as announced by Vietnam Report… These consecutive recognitions demonstrate that CC1's sustainable development orientation is not short-term, but is implemented systematically, consistently, and with a clear roadmap.
