CC1 CELEBRATES THE NEW YEAR OF THE HORSE 2026: UNITED IN SPIRIT, READY FOR A NEW RACE

On the morning of February 24, 2026 (the 8th day of the Lunar New Year), amidst the joyful atmosphere of the early spring days, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) organized its Lunar New Year 2026 program in a hybrid format, officially kicking off the new year with a proactive spirit, determination, and high expectations for breakthroughs.

The New Year Program – Spring of the Year of the Horse 2026 marks the beginning of a new year with new directions for CC1's next phase of development.

The program not only marked the start of a productive work year but also provided an opportunity for all employees within the CC1 ecosystem to reunite, share New Year's greetings, and recharge with positive energy. From this warm atmosphere, the spirit of unity was strengthened, preparing them to pursue the larger strategic goals set by the Leadership Board, and to continue building and developing a strong CC1 ecosystem in the new phase.

The event was attended by the CC1 Holdings leadership team: Mr. Nguyen Van Huan – Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Vo Quoc Khanh – General Director. Also present from the CC1 leadership team were: Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Bao Anh – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Huu Phong – Member of the Board of Directors, along with members of the Executive Board, heads of departments, and all staff at the Head Office.

In a joyful and energetic atmosphere, Chairman Nguyen Van Huan, in his New Year's orientation speech, emphasized that the Year of the Horse evokes the image of speed and endurance – core qualities that every organization needs to cultivate in the new development phase. As a crucial pillar in the CC1 Holdings ecosystem, CC1 is expected to make a strong breakthrough with 5 key strategies including: management and operation system; market and products; technology and R&D; human resources; and financial foundation.

Mr. Nguyen Van Huan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC1 Holdings, speaking at the event.

“The image of warhorses returning with news of victory symbolizes success. Besides speed and endurance, the value of these ‘precious horses’ lies in teamwork, discipline, and solidarity. These are precisely the qualities that all CC1 staff members need to cultivate in 2026,” Mr. Nguyen Van Huan emphasized.

Also within the framework of the event, Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC1 – stated that CC1's revenue in 2025 will increase by 21% compared to the previous year, setting a new record. However, 2026 is identified as a challenging year with ambitious goals. Therefore, from the very beginning of the new year, the entire system must enter a state of acceleration to realize the revenue target of VND 18,000 billion in 2026, equivalent to a growth of 50% compared to 2025. To achieve this goal, CC1 Holdings will continue to play a leading role, with CC1 as the pillar in the ecosystem, working together with its member companies in close coordination.

Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC1 – delivered a New Year's greeting speech at the event.

"We've entered the highway, and everyone must buckle up for the journey into 2026," Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc emphasized.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Bao Anh – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of CC1 – emphasized that CC1 had achieved many encouraging results last year, especially the impressive revenue growth. However, according to him, the most important figure is the backlog value – the volume of construction projects that have been contracted and will continue to be implemented this year and next year – which currently stands at nearly 42,500 billion VND.

Compared to the revenue target of VND 18,000 billion for 2026, the current backlog size creates nearly three times the potential. "This is the foundation for us to confidently focus our resources, transform our reserves into real value, ensure quality, and thereby further strengthen CC1's brand and reputation in the construction industry," he emphasized.

According to Mr. Le Bao Anh, the opening day of the new year not only symbolizes the beginning of the year but also determines the pace of the entire year. He suggested that all staff and employees should not only meet and exchange New Year greetings but also reaffirm their sense of responsibility, create a vibrant atmosphere, and immediately get back to work after the program. Only by establishing the right pace and rhythm from the very first days of the year can the business achieve its growth target in 2026 – a great pressure but also a driving force for breakthroughs.

According to Mr. Le Bao Anh – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of CC1, the Lunar New Year opening day not only marks the beginning of the new year but also shapes the rhythm of the entire year.

Referring to the image of a horse, he used an analogy: for a horse to run fast and persistently, its hooves must be firmly secured. "Last year we completed the 'hoisting of the hooves.' This year is the time to 'raise the hooves,' to gallop forward to accelerate and reach the finish line victoriously," he affirmed.

Following the program, the Deputy General Directors, representatives of the Division Directors, Functional Directors, and leaders of CC1's member companies, along with the nationwide site management team, successively shared their action plans for the new year. From online connections to the main hall, a strong spirit of determination permeated the atmosphere. Representatives from each unit committed to proactive and flexible management, accelerating the progress of key projects, and continuing to build CC1's professional and reputable image in the market.

More than just an annual event signifying a positive start, the program also demonstrates the collective determination of the CC1 team on its journey towards higher milestones. Immediately after the opening ceremony, work quickly resumed at offices and construction sites nationwide. The project management teams simultaneously launched operations, accelerating implementation and ensuring commitments to safety, quality, and progress from the very first days of the year.

To conclude the program, all staff members raised their glasses to toast the New Year, ready to realize key goals. The New Year's party took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere; the New Year's greetings and blessings from the Leadership Board not only brought joy but also further motivated and united the CC1 family towards a breakthrough and successful year.
