Amidst the increasing demand for transportation infrastructure development, especially in major cities and key economic zones, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) continues to strengthen its international connections, proactively seeking capable and experienced partners to prepare resources for large-scale projects in the coming period.

On March 26, 2026, CC1 held a working session with a delegation from Guangxi Road and Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and its member units to exchange ideas and explore cooperation opportunities in the field of transportation infrastructure, especially large-span bridge projects and projects with high technical requirements.
Attending the meeting, on the CC1 side were Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Van Pha – Construction and Installation Executive Director, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – Construction and Installation Executive Director, along with representatives from various departments and divisions. On the partner side, Guangxi Bridge and Road Engineering Group Co., Ltd., the delegation included Mr. Zhao Xin – Head of Investment and Development Department, Mr. Li Jianquan – Deputy Head of Investment and Development Department, Mr. Yang Shujun – Chief Representative in Vietnam, Mr. Yang Huiquan – General Director of the company in Vietnam, and other business and technical staff.

During the meeting, both sides shared an overview of their capabilities and experience in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects, as well as their future development orientations. Based on this, the discussions focused on exploring opportunities for cooperation in strategic areas, including transportation infrastructure, large-span bridges, and emerging fields such as digital construction sites, urban rail, and high-speed rail.

In particular, given CC1's involvement as an investor in key projects such as the Cat Lai Bridge and the Long Hung Bridge (Dong Nai 2 Bridge), proactively expanding international cooperation is considered a necessary step to enhance its capacity to implement large-scale projects with complex technical requirements. This is an opportunity for CC1 to access advanced construction technologies, as well as contribute to improving project management efficiency, optimizing resources, and controlling risks during implementation.
Simultaneously, both sides also discussed issues related to technology transfer, the application of automation in construction, and the development of digital construction site models. These are considered key factors in the development trend of the modern construction industry, helping to improve labor productivity, optimize costs, and ensure transparency in project management.

In recent years, CC1 has consistently affirmed its role as one of Vietnam's leading infrastructure construction and investment enterprises, with the capacity to implement diverse projects ranging from civil and industrial to transportation and energy.
Through international cooperation activities, CC1 continues to strengthen its internal foundation, from human resources and technology to management experience, thereby preparing to conquer highly complex projects in the future. This also demonstrates the company's sustainable development orientation, linked to the goal of making a positive contribution to the modernization of the transportation infrastructure system and promoting the socio-economic development of the country.
With over 46 years of experience in construction and infrastructure investment, CC1 has made its mark on a series of large-scale bridge projects such as Thu Thiem 1 Bridge, Rach Mieu 2 Bridge, Hoa An Bridge, Van Uc Bridge, An Hao Bridge, etc. These projects demonstrate superior construction capabilities, making a significant contribution to improving transportation connectivity, expanding urban and industrial development spaces, and promoting regional linkages.
