Dong Nai aims to begin construction of the Cat Lai Bridge in 2026. This goal was announced by Ho Van Ha, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, at a meeting with departments and agencies on September 9th to hear proposals from Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) for investment projects to build a bridge to replace the Cat Lai ferry (Cat Lai Bridge) and the Long Hung Bridge (Dong Nai 2 Bridge).
